lynx.isc.org broken (HTTP 403)

Howdy,

I'm wondering if the devs use Lynx to access lynx.isc.org, because I get
HTTP 403 using lynx (regardless of whether cookies are enabled, multiple
versions of lynx, including 2.8.8r1). Works fine with Firefox.

Ah-ha! Someone at isc.org is blocking my ISP, panix.com -- I get the
same problem with Firefox when I proxy through there. Any idea how I
should get this resolved? (I'll also ping Panix.)
